I "run interference" with the mortgage lender who's going to make you your loan. I can't snap my fingers and make buying a home like buying a car, but I can make it easier and smoother. And I do! With my 30 years of mortgage experience, I will help you navigate a much tougher lender environment. I work tiressly for my clients, and I only accept a can do attitude. In my 30 experience, I have seen full circle the underwriting guidelines and know how to package your loan to ensure we get your loan approved. I know how to help you with credit challenges, and know what lenders will accept lower credit scores. This doesn't neccessarily mean a larger down payment. In many cases, I can still get you into a home with 3.5% down payment, with less than average credit score.

Electronic filing of most required documents means it gets there faster and you get a decision faster. We've cut down on duplicated information, too -- give it to me once, my systems "remember" it so I don't ask again! And beyond my state-of-the-art technology, i have good old fashioned expertise in mortgage brokerage. I know the ins and outs. I do the heavy lifting for you -- saving you time and aggravation.
